Curry Leaf Chicken
Something new as well ,
It tastes a tad sweet and Spicy, Good to go with Steam Rice!


Next ,

A very simple dish,
Deep Fried Fish with Sweet & Sour Sauce.

All Kids love this,
If you guys agree with me, this is one of the dishes that we love to eat when we're young.

Next,

another version of " Braised Pork " this is called

" Hong Shau Pig's Trotter " with Steam Bun
*One of my favourite, =) *


and Lastly,

Steam Egg with Minced Pork
Topped it up with Garlic Oil and chopped tree onion
